Dialogue between site and volume
Shelter at Valserberg
A forty-two square meter timber shelter set against an exposed granite cliff face. Built with native larch and dry-stacked local gneiss, the structure maintains strict passive thermal containment through calibrated south-facing apertures.
Kallio Tech Headquarters
Six thousand square meters of mass-timber framing and board-marked concrete overlooking the harbor basin. The building organizes three interconnected atriums around natural raking light shafts, reducing mechanical cooling loads by forty percent.
True structural rigour creates the quiet frame in which human life unfolds.
We do not impose repetitive forms onto landscapes. We measure site slope, wind vectors, and material proximity before drafting the initial foundation axis.
We review private and commercial commissions across the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and Scandinavia by appointment.
